we drove all of two miles to home depot to buy our christmas tree. i love having a real christmas tree and coming home to the evergreen scent. evan loves looking at the tree and pointing out different ornaments. we'll see how long this tree lasts! so far, he's been pretty good about being "gentle" with the tree.

looks like you all could've used my brick trick. :) though short, it still looks great! and you can't beat Home Depot prices! :)
