i still remember the excitement i felt the day my sister was born....jumping up and down at the babysitters, holding on to the phone (an old school phone with a really long cord) shouting, "i've got a baby sister, i've got a baby sister!"
this past weekend we had the honor of attending mandy's nursing pinning ceremony and college graduation. this year mandy was the president of the university of iowa association of nursing students and was voted on by her classmates to speak at commencement. she did an outstanding job. i wanted to stand up and yell, "that's my baby sister, that my baby sister!"
i can't believe mandy has her bachelor of science in nursing and will be moving to colorado to work at the university of colorado hospital in the neuro intensive care unit! impressive little resume, my friend!!!

Have you compared Miranda's 3 month pictures to Anabel's? Grandpa and Grandma think they look similiar! I think Miranda was about 3 months old in that piture you posted.
