thanks to our friends the porters and spinks...
evan got these safari passes for his birthday.
we got to ride the train...as long as we wanted!!!
evan was in heaven!
there's the train!
we rode on the carosel...as much as we wanted!!!
we saw the cool sea lion show.
(he really did like it. but, of course, every day is filled with ups and downs!)

we went to the children's zoo...when ever we wanted.
and petted the goats...as long as mom and dad would let him!
yea goats! he seriously touched every single goat.
lucky for evan it was 92 degrees out and the goats
didn't have much spunk.

on another note,
having ice cream cones at a park on a nice sunday afternoon SOUNDS like a good idea...
unless there is a 10 minute drive to the park in a hot car with a novice ice cream cone licker!

looks like fun! eva would have never touched the goats. i bet the goats were not only lazy but must have smelled GREAT in that 92 degree heat!
How fun! We probably need to invest in something like that for Laine before we finish our time in St. Louis. Hope you guys are doing well!
Um....buy ice cream AT the park....
Oh, and find a hose before you let him get back in the car! :)
Or wait...here's a better idea...do it on a Sunday afternoon in December! :)
