we had a fun day trip to pella. it was great to enjoy the atmosphere of this little dutch town (home of central college, my alma mater). we loved the dutch dancers, street sweepers, dutch letters, bologna on a stick, and the parade. it was a treat to hang out with my friend lindsay and her family.
as if that wasn't enough....phillip and evan got to go on a helicopter ride with zach and holden!!!! i have to admit, i was a little jealous. the helicopter landed in their backyard and off they went...
