after the state fair, the grandparents took the kiddos for a couple days.
phillip and i headed north to grand marais, mn.
we stayed in his parents' little cottage.
we got engaged in this exact spot.
this year was our five year wedding anniversary. awwwww...
we did some hiking...
phillip did some swimming and cliff jumping in some very COLD water.
crazy guy!
we spent one day in a canoe enjoying the boundary waters.
it was wonderful.
who says a mini van isn't cool?!?!?
