Wahooo!!! Thrilled for you guys. I can't believe he came two weeks early?! LOVE, LOVE the name. Can't wait to see more picture and catch up at some point. Love you guys.
Congratulations to all! And I love the "Tada!", as it's a very fitting way to be introduced to the world. We're thankful all went well and that he entered the world as a nice, healthy sized boy. Alisa still holds the record at 9lb 3oz, I guess.
I confess, Grandma Bette couldn't wait to pass along the news, so I knew this morning and was only waiting for the official announcement and photos.
I think he looks to be quite serious and contemplative...and maybe just a bit skeptical in that last photo. Or else he is already wondering, "Why so many pictures?" Get used to it, little guy. But from everyone I've known with three or more kids, the third has always turned out to be the kid with the biggest sense of humor. Think about it...Stefan, Alisa, Meg. Proof enough for ya'? After three, I guess the personalities traits and quirks must just cycle around again...or else they keep getting funnier. After eight...you sometimes have to remind yourself to keep laughing :-) Just kidding, as they're each an amazing blessing, and we're having fun with the yayhoos, to be sure.
Again, congratulations on your very special new son and brother. You are in for some wonderful, fun times with three, as you watch their interactions and try to keep ahead of any sleds in trees. Ask Grandma Laurie, if you haven't heard that parenting advice.

We think that has a nice ring to it, accept for what it means about our age. How did we get from being right where you are now to where we are?
Nancy---Sorry, Evan holds the record at 9#7oz...Brooks may have beat it if he would have waited another two weeks but I am sure glad he didn't!!!!! mjj
Hey, hey!!!! What a wonderful surprise to open up and see that baby here already!!! I can only hope and pray that mine might come two weeks earlier and perhaps a pound lighter?! :) I really like the name you chose, too! So happy for you all! Can't wait for more pictures!!! ~annie

Didn't know Evan was the record holder. Geesh, he deserves it! Alisa concedes. Though such prizes should really go to the moms, don't you think?
Checking back for more baby photos, but we know you're enjoying your family and hopefully plenty of rest.
