I told Grandpa and Gus (on our way to yet another ballgame) that he needed a pair of striped bibs, as he would look like the perfect little farmer in them. Absolutely perfect. We gave Jack a red ISU newborn stocking hat. Friends gave him a white one. Ryan said Jack now has his "home" and "away" hats. He also has his first Bobcat, as I found one at Farm and Home (a little larger than Matchbox size)for the boys to give him. I didn't know Ryan has a couple of Bobcats for his business, it just looked like a neat piece of "equipment". How to make a new dad happy: Give his son "equipment", just like his.
