My brother Matt & his wife Becky had a little BOY!
Kane Wesley Johnson was born on June 28, 2011.
We can't wait to meet him!
Mandy & I are signed up to do the "Tri for a Cure" A women's sprint triathlon for breast cancer in Denver, Colorado the first weekend in August.
I have been trying to train--swim, bike & run. On July 2nd there was a shorter triathlon in a small town near us. It just happened that Mandy was passing through and could do it with us! It was great experience to see what a triathlon will feel like. I definitely need to keep working out and adding distances to my swims, bikes and runs!!!! : ) Mom decided to join (hopefully in CO too!) and the surprise was Phillip also jumped on the band wagon the night before! He competed with the men and his overall time was 2 minutes faster than mine!! That was with little to no training...ahhhhh!

It's always fun to have Aunt Mandy on the farm. The kids love having her around. Here she is very focused on picking mulberries with Evan...yum!
