Grandpa Alan came for a Saturday visit...

& helped the kids build a cardboard house!!!

NEVER a dull moment:  

Anabel decided to see what it would be like to put gum in her hair.
She put it in the front, close to her scalp.  I thought we were going to have to cut it, ahhhhh!
BUT after working peanut butter in for a LONG time, the oils started to break the gum down.
Oh, the memories!  She kept wondering what her friends were going to think...really, at 3?!?!
Thankfully it all came out!

Evan found a snake in the sheep pen.  He thought I would LOVE to see it.  I love his face but that snake went right back outside!!!!

The kids CLEARED their bookshelf to "play school" with their stuffed animals.  I love their creativity.  I love how well they play together.  I love can tolerate putting all the books back on the shelf!  : )

Brooks has taken a huge interest in books lately!  Luckily, his older brother also loves books!  

Farm boy, through and through.  Brooks will NOT pass up a chance to ride in the tractor, bobcat or 4-wheeler!
