Youth Retreat

A youth group from Des Moines came to our farm for a retreat August 16-17, 2013. That spent time weeding in the garden, harvesting, washing, & cutting veggies, making/cooking hobo packs, picking flowers, homemade ice cream, milking the cow, helping with chores, campfire, devotionals by Phillip & their pastor, s'mores, camp out, & ended with a canoe trip down the Des Moines River. A good time was had by all! The kids were so appreciative and fun!
