Boiler Room: Date Night
I had an appointment in Omaha on Friday, March 7th. Phillip & I decided to make a date day out of it. The kids were well taken care of with friend, a babysitter & Grandma Johnson. (Yes, it takes a tag team of 3 people to keep them occupied for the day!)
We ended our day at The Boiler Room. It is a fancy restaurant in the Old Market. The Boiler Room exclusively buys and serves locally grown Red Wattle Pork. Their main meat supplier has contacted us about possibly buying some of our Red Wattles.

It was a wonderful evening. We sat in the balcony overlooking the kitchen. It was entertaining to watch everyone's food being prepared.
