Cottonwood Tree

On a still day in May, this tree decided to fall down in our back yard.  

The tree looked alive, but it was hollow in the middle.  It took out 4 other trees during its fall.  Thankfully, it did not hit the house!

Crazy, big tree!  

We hired someone to come and remove it.  

They ended up chunking up the tree and pushing it back into the grove.

What a change!  

There were two other identical Cottonwood trees that were also hollow and needed to be taken down.
