My mom has been in charge of making sure no children are injured in the pinata breaking. It gets harder every year.
So now, she has moved to putting a bag over the kids' heads (instead of a blindfold). Yes, you read that correctly. A string was also used to hold the kids back. I loved listening to my Uncle Keith remind the kids to "mind the line."
Another yearly highlight is Santa and his elf.
It helps that they kids "think" they know Santa is Uncle Luke.
It was very obvious that the elf was Uncle Jason.
Who doesn't love a family photo with Santa and his elf?!?
