Maquoketa Caves
November 19th, 2016
We headed to Maquoketa Friday night after school & the bus route. We stayed in a hotel, had breakfast with Great Grandma Lois in the morning and headed to the caves to hike around.
Most of the caves were closed due to bat hibernation...but we were able to see quite a few and even peak into them! We can't wait to return in the summer.
It was chilly but so much fun!
