TAG field trip to Science Center of Iowa
The 7th graders research and plan the 3rd-7th grade talented and gifted field trip each year. This year they picked the Science Center in Des Moines. It was a great trip. The students watched a live program on reptiles and amphibian, did labs on Chemistry Creations (3-5) and Crime Scene Science (6-7), watched A Beautiful Planet IMAX and did all of the explorations in the science center!
This is our happy place. At home. Together. Watching a movie & eating dad's famous popcorn.
Kane came to visit Grandpa & Grandma Johnson. We loved getting a little extra time with him. What a fun kid!

The news it out. My job (was) on the chopping block. Thankfully, it's safe for now!
And somehow, I did not interfere and take over! : )
