Swimming Lessons Summer 2017

There is something about swimming lessons. I can't get enough of them.  The kids work so hard.  Kallie does an amazing job teaching and challenging them.  It makes me want them to take lessons all summer!!!

This summer the kids were very interested in learning how to dive.  They made amazing improvements.

Evan & Anabel worked on 5 strokes:  crawl, breast stroke, elementary back stroke, back crawl, and the butterfly.  

Brooks focused on the crawl and back crawl and was introduced to a few others.

Our brave, adventuresome third child did not pass his deep end test, but was allowed to go off the boards on the last day.  He went again and again...and again!!!  Great job kids!!

Anabel loves to help Grandma Johnson pick flowers for different occasions.  They have picked flower bouquets to donate to the Bridges' CSA twice this summer.  

The pedicure mom and daughter date...I'm not sure who enjoyed this more, the girls or the moms.  What a special time of thrift shopping, getting pedicures, window shopping, a picnic and playing at the park.
