Pocahontas Visit:  It was a special one.

Grandma Bette had her hip replaced on Monday, so that Saturday we hopped in the van and drove to the nursing home to visit Phil & Bette.  It was fun to also visit with Gus & Nancy.  Everyone was happy to be together.  As usual, Grandpa Phil got a kick out of the kids and Grandma Bette wanted to hear all about what we had been up to. 

It was a relaxing few hours.

And one sweet picture before leaving.  Little did we know, this would be the last photo we would take with Grandpa Phil.  He passed away on December 21st.  We love him and will miss him.
