We LOVED stopping in Saint Louis on our way home.
It was so fun to bring everyone back to the fun city where our memories as a family began!  We moved to STL when Evan was only a few months old.
After driving ALL day, we checked into our airbnb and headed to the STL City Museum.  The kids were up for it.  We stayed out until after 11pm.  There is so much to do and explore.

Adult sized ball pit, ferris wheel on the roof, endless tunnels....
The next morning we went to the (free) zoo!
Look closely at the boys.  This warms my heart.
Happy Father's Day to the one we love the most.  Thank you for leading our family and always encouraging us.
Yup, our ghetto apartment in Saint Louis.  Good old Atherton.
Then downtown to play in the fountains before heading to...
 ...the arch, of course!!
 We rode to the top!
 It is an amazing view.

STL, you did not disappoint.
That night we were able to meet our long lost friends, the Porters.  I am so thankful for the time to reconnect with this sweet family.
