Happy 3rd Birthday Anabel Faith!!!
February 4, 2011.
I am so thankful to be your mommy!

Daddy surprised Anabel with donuts on her birthday!
Yes, she is sitting on the table.  She is such a quick, little, petite thing.  Before we know it she is on the table, like it's normal...and well, I guess it is!  Especially on your birthday!

Evan gave Anabel a princess tent for her birthday.  He was the sweetest big brother.  He loved watching her open gifts and was so excited to give her gifts!

A nice thank-you hug!

The Party.  We were so thankful Great Granny, Great Grandpa Johnson and Gma & Gpa Johnson could join us for lunch on Saturday to celebrate Anabel's birthday!  We had salad with ranch (Anabel's favorite, seriously.) garlic bread and lasagna.  Yummy!

She could get all three when we turned the cake sideways!
A fun tradition I grew up with was blowing the candles out MANY times...everyone who wanted a turn, got a turn---even a couple turns.  If you were older, the cake was moved farther away from you.  If you were younger, you may have gotten a little help!  Evan enjoyed blowing out the three candles too!  I hope to continue this tradition.  If you have made a cake and have the candle...why not?!?!

Anabel's favorite shirt is her "Fight wike a gurwl."  She requested we all wear them.  When I called grandma, she said she was already planning on it!  How fun!

Just to show the boys were there too!
I love how you can see Brooks' AND Phillip's dimples in this picture!!
Oh, and that my grandpa is making sure everyone knows Anabel is "3."

My favorite quote of the day.
Anabel was opening her card from Great Gma & Gpa Johnson with some money in it.  The money is always held to the card by some cute stickers.  I asked Anabel what she got...to which she replied excitedly...."A STICKER!!!"  Who cares about the money, a sticker is all this girl needs!

A sticker and a Hello Kitty cake.  Our little girl is 3!  Yippee!!

What a fun birthday---we also do the "blow the candles out several times and everyone gets a turn!" and my grandma always attaches money with stickers too!! :)

Happy Birthday Anabel!
