Jensen's have some little lambs...
Here's the scoop...
We were given 5 bottle lambs LAST year by Phillip's Uncle Kyle.
Those lambs (ewes) just had lambs in the past week!
PLUS, Uncle Kyle gave us 4 more bottle lambs this year.
For those of you who are confused...
we now have, 5 ewes who just had 6 baby lambs (only one set of twins) plus 4 bottle lambs.
And that makes 15 wooly sheep in our flock.
Bottle lambs are very cute and fun to feed....that is, if you get to pick and choose when you want to do it!  Phillip mixes the milk, gets the bottles ready and feeds the lambs twice a day...no matter if he wants to or not!
The kids do love to help care for the lambs.
Last year we were incubating and hatching our own eggs on Easter.  This year our ewes were lambing.  We didn't plan it...but seeing new life on Easter is special gift!

So fun! I have such great memories of raising bottle lambs as a kid. I'm so glad your kiddos are enjoying it!
