RELAY IOWA
My brother, Matt, ran a relay.
He ran a relay across the state of Iowa.
Yes, ran.
Across the entire state.
I sometimes question his mental state!

Here is some of Matt's team.  He is getting ready to start his leg of the relay.  Each team member ran about an hour and then handed off to the next person.  They continued to do this across the state.  It took them over two days.  Crazy.
Mandy and I spent the morning in Kingsley with Becky & the kids (sorry, no pictures) and then drove down to see Matt.

Mandy told Matt she would "run 5" with him.  Matt assumed Mandy meant 5 miles.  She only meant 5 minutes.  You should have heard Matt's belly laugh when he figured that out.  I love my brother's laugh.

Run, Matt, Run!
