Tuesday, March 14 (Nepal Day 7)

PJ went mountain biking with Joel G., Ed B., & James.  They rode from 6:15 am-7:45 am.

KISC at 8:15.  Rode with Angus & Tina to the new KISC school site.  KISC current lease will be up in January 2018 and their goal is to be at the new site by then.  A building has to be renovated & another one built.  It seems like a lot to be done & they know that. Angus is the development director.  He is from the U.K.  It's a long (bumpy) drive with traffic out to the new site.  

Back at the school, I visited the Year 5 class, taught by Kelsi.  Great mini lesson on word choice.  Then the students researched their topic on the Middle Ages, took notes & worked on their powerpoint presentations.  Phillip tried to meet with Khom but he was double booked. Just the two of us ate lunch out at Busy Beans.  It was good to have a little down time together.  

Back at KISC, I met with the primary principal, Samantha.  Phillip met with Khim.  Both were worthwhile conversations.
