Day 6 Friday, July 21
Moving sites, hanging around camp, creeks and waterfalls (Stefan & Carrie arrived after dark)

Due to the popularity of National Parks & campsites being reserved, we had to move sites for our last two days.  We loved our first site and how secluded it was, but it was also fun to pack up, move sites and set up camp again.  Phillip and the kids carried the tents (fully assembled) from our first single site to the new double site (a little less than a 1/2 mile).  It was quite the sight for the other campers!
Before we moved sites, we enjoyed a slow morning.  Anabel roasted marshmallows and put them in her hot chocolate.  YUM!
Brooks being Brooks

The kids' amazing fort made with logs around the campsite.
Evan may have been the mastermind for this.
What an awesome site #1.

Site #2:  Double site
Our 2nd site was located a lot closer to the stream that flowed through the campground.
We spent time reading and creek walking.
After relaxing, we were determined to find the waterfall that Steve and other campers had told us about.

We found it...and attempted a timed family photo.
I love how Brooks is cheering us on in this photo.
Warming up on the hot rocks after swimming in the freezing cold creek water.
The kids conquered the falls!
